Here we are getting ready for the launch of Zoomomail after years of work and conceptual thinking. The first practical user focused Zooming application that is not just a nifty feature of a user Interface. We believe Zoomomail will be a new way to express yourself in pictures over broadband.
This Wednesday will we make publicly available the Alpha version of Zoomomail on Zoomorama's web site (www.zoomorama.com).
Zoomomail is a local application that will let you transform you pictures into Zoomable images which you will send to your friends over the web.
Advantages of Zoomomail:
- Send full resolution images to your friends without clogging their inbox
- Create collage of your images, don't just a bunch of pictures in random order
- View over the web, Zoom in on the details with very fast refresh
As for any new paradigm it is hard to explain in words, Zooming is better experienced than imagined. So try it. We put a lot of Love and Sweat into this first version. It's Alpha because we want to add so many new features over the coming month. We will be Beta in December with the addition of Video, and the integration into Outlook among other things.
